Welcome to PromptAI Videos ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

PromptAI Videos provides AI-powered tools that analyze video and image content to generate text descriptions ("prompts") suitable for use with third-party generative AI platforms (such as Sora, Runway, Kling, etc.).

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services for your personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain the security of your password.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. AI Limitations & Disclaimers

AI is probabilistic, not deterministic. You acknowledge that:

• The generated prompts are estimates based on visual analysis. We cannot guarantee that using the generated prompt in a third-party tool (like Sora) will recreate the exact same video.
• The service may occasionally produce inaccurate or nonsensical results.
• We are not affiliated with OpenAI (Sora), Runway ML, Google (Veo), or Kuaishou (Kling). We provide independent analysis tools.

4. User Content & Data

Your Uploads: You retain all rights to the videos and images you upload. You grant us a temporary license to process these files solely for the purpose of generating your analysis. We do not store your video files long-term.

Generated Prompts: You own the text prompts generated by our system. You are free to use them commercially.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, NSFW, or harmful content (CSAM, violence, etc.).
• Attempt to reverse engineer the application code or API.
• Use automated scripts or "bots" to scrape our service without permission.
• Resell access to your account to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptAI Videos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
